Delivery times: 8am - 6pm. You will receive an email one day before with a 2 hour delivery time slot. Please note that we are unable to take delivery time requests.

Fillings: Vanilla Buttercream (SOYA), Lotus Biscoff Spread (SOYA, GLUTEN (WHEAT)), Milk Chocolate (MILK, SOYA, MAY CONTAIN HAZELNUTS), Cookies & cream + Oreo Chunks (SOYA, GLUTEN (WHEAT) MAY CONTAIN MILK), Nutella (HAZELNUTS,MILK, SOYA), Kinder Spread (MILK, HAZELNUTS, SOYA, MAY CONTAIN OTHER NUTS).

Please note: All of our products may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, soya, peanuts, sesame and sulphites.

Single tier cakes: Available in 5”, 6” and 8” diameter and are approx 5”-7" high. This excludes vintage cakes, cake of hearts and mini message cakes.

2 tier cakes: Consists of an 8" base cake sitting beneath a 6" base cake. The height of this is approx 12-14" high. This excludes vintage cakes, cake of hearts and mini message cakes.

Carry your cake box from underneath, do not squeeze the sides. Place your cake on the floor of an air conditioned car and not on the seat. Promptly refrigerate your cake and carefully follow our timings below. Remove from fridge before serving 2-3 hrs in winter and 30 mins in summer. For vegan/dairy free cakes, 20 mins all year round. Serve at room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat to prevent collapse. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month
