Vegan Lotus Biscoff Cake
This indulgent cake features layers of our signature vegan vanilla sponge, filled and coated with creamy Lotus Biscoff buttercream. The cake is finished with a smooth Lotus drip and topped with piped buttercream and Lotus biscuits. The cake in the image is a 6".
Cakes must be stored in the fridge.
Take out approx. 1-2 hour before being cut, depending on the room temperature.
Consume within 3-4 days.
